250 mililiters / 1 cup gin
2 cups crushed ice to serve
Instructions
- Sieve the orange juice to ensure there is no pulp and pour into a serving jug.
- Place the limes, sugar and mint into a cocktail shaker and muddle to get as much juice as possible. You should get about 1/4 – 1/3 of a cup of juice.
- Strain and pour into the orange juice.
- Add the gin to the mixture.
- Add crushed ice to your glasses and top with the cocktail.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Halving the alcohol: One of these babies is quite strong and you can taste the gin, if you prefer not to taste the alcohol in your cocktail, you could absolutely halve the gin and these would still taste great.
