Thai Watermelon Juice like what you’d find from a street vendor in Thailand for a refreshing drink that helps keep summer still in full swing.



500 grams / 1 pound watermelon flesh
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar


  • Place the watermelon, ice, lime juice and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain into a pouring jug.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Enjoy immediately.


Juice will separate: The longer the watermelon juice sits out the more it will separate so you will need to stir to combine before serving, if made too far in advance.
