Ingredients

  • 500 milliliters / 2 cups Pimm’s
  • 1 liter / 4 cups lemonade
  • Handful fresh mint
  • 3 strawberries hulled and thickly sliced
  • 1 fresh orange sliced
  • 1 small cucumber peeled or sliced
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir together.
  • Pour into serving glasses with additional ice and top with sprigs of mint.
  • Serve up and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pimm’s: This 25% gin based liqueur, includes quinine (the ingredient found in tonic) making it a perfect companion to lemonade.
  • Garnishes: This seems an understatement, but Pimm’s is not the same without an abundance of fresh slices of strawberries, cucumber, orange and sprigs of mint…these are an essential! But you can choose which you prefer here...you don't have to include them all.
